Terms of Service

These terms apply to custom orders placed with Sugary Dreams. By approving an order and paying a deposit or other requested payment, you agree to these terms.

Custom Orders

Orders are made specifically for each customer. Availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and the required deposit is received.

Designs & Changes

Reference images are used as inspiration. Handmade products may vary slightly in color, placement, finish, size, or other details. Requested changes are subject to availability, timing, and additional charges.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event dates, pickup or delivery details, quantities, serving needs, spelling, colors, themes, and allergy or dietary information when ordering.

Pickup, Delivery & Care

Once an order has been picked up or delivered and accepted, Sugary Dreams is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, improper handling, storage, heat, weather, pets, guests, venue conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Allergies

Please disclose allergies before ordering. Products may be prepared in an environment where common allergens are handled. Sugary Dreams cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Payments & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Additional cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.
