Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A deposit reserves your date and allows work, planning, purchasing, and preparation for your custom order to begin.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable under all normal cancellation circumstances, including changes of mind, event cancellation, schedule changes, or no longer needing the order. A deposit may not be transferred to another customer.

Customer Cancellations

If you cancel after making a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded. Any additional amounts already paid may also be non-refundable to the extent ingredients, materials, decorations, custom pieces, or labor have already been committed to the order.

Changes to an Order

Changes are not guaranteed after an order is confirmed. Changes to date, size, quantity, flavor, design, colors, wording, or theme may result in additional charges and depend on availability.

Completed Custom Orders

Because cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops and other sweets are made to order and are perishable, completed and accepted custom orders are generally final sale and are not eligible for refunds simply because of personal preference or a change of mind.

Problems With an Order

If there is a problem that you believe was caused by Sugary Dreams, contact us as soon as possible and provide photos when applicable. Any remedy, store credit, remake, partial refund, or other resolution will be determined based on the specific circumstances.

Pickup & Delivery

Sugary Dreams is not responsible for damage after an order has been picked up or accepted at delivery, including damage from transportation, handling, storage, temperature, weather, or venue conditions.

If Sugary Dreams Must Cancel

If Sugary Dreams is unable to fulfill an accepted order for reasons attributable to Sugary Dreams, payments for the unfulfilled order will be addressed directly with the customer.
